Shipping and Returns



Order cancellations can only be processed within two hours of the ordering being places. Please email us at for any cancellations or issues. All orders shipped include a tracking number with confirmation delivery

Almost all of our products are made to order which usually takes 3-6 business days to fulfill unless otherwise specified in the product description. After your order if finished, it is packed and shipped. A tracking number for the shipment will be emailed to you

If you require an item to be delivered in a specific time frame please message us before ordering the product to confirm that the product can be expedited for you. We do not take responsibility for a product not arriving on your desired time when fulfillment time frames and shipping time frames have been provided above. 

Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. After 30 days your order will be marked as closed and we will not be able to process any refunds. Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient upon delivery time" or "wrong address" entered on the order. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivery successfully we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. 

If you entered a wrong address at the time of your order please contact us ASAP. We can only make changes to the address within one hour of when the order is placed. If the package is already in transit we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund your order. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information and we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered by any of our customers. 

All orders include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivery to the address on the order but you have no received your order please contact the respective courier within your location to investigate the issue. We will not be held accountable for parcels when tracking information indicates the package has been delivered successfully. 


All sales final on personalized products. If you ordered something and would like to cancel please let us know within two hours of ordering

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable)

 All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancelable and non refundable. A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone, or watch that has to be made or ordered to accommodate the client’s request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
