Shipping and Returns

 SHIPPING, Returns, Order Cancellation Information

Order cancellations can only be processed within two (2) hours of the order being placed. (Cancelations within 2 hours are required to a 6% non-refundable processing fee.
This fee covers non-recoverable transaction costs charged to us by payment processors and financing providers (including credit cards and Affirm), which are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed.) Please email us at jripandco@gmail.com for any cancellation requests or issues. All shipped orders include a tracking number with delivery confirmation.

Almost all of our products are made to order and typically require 3–6 business days for production unless otherwise stated in the product description. Once completed, your order is packed and shipped, and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability for expedited service. We are not responsible for delays when standard production and shipping timelines have been clearly stated.

Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 30 days of your order confirmation email. After 30 days, the order is considered closed and is no longer eligible for refund consideration.

Orders are strictly non-refundable if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • No recipient available at time of delivery

If tracking confirms successful delivery, Jrip & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Address changes can only be made within one (1) hour of order placement. Once a package is in transit, we cannot redirect, refund, or replace it. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and non-refundable.

Cancellations all require a 6% non-refundable processing fee.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To be eligible for a return (where applicable), items must be unused and in original condition, with proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or damage not caused by our error

  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery


SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone, or watch custom made or sourced specifically to a client’s request.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the 6% processing fee, within a standard processing period.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please check your bank and card provider first, as posting times vary. If you still do not see your refund after verification, contact us at jripandco@gmail.com.


SALE ITEMS

Sale and promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at jripandco@gmail.com before sending any item back.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. For items over $75, we strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
